Best Available Evidence FAQs

  • Question received from EBM rounds or journal clubs, CATs, natural products and alternative medicine reviews, and “Curbside Evidence” requests. This curbside evidence service will provide a PCP with the option of sending a clinical query to obtain a summary of evidence from multiple EBM sources with pre-critically appraised information. Curbside Evidence is similar to the Literature Attached to Chart service provided by hospital librarians for inpatients. A “Curbside Evidence” button will be placed on all the PrimeAnswers displays.
