The Health Sciences Libraries provide course reserves support for the six Health Sciences schools: Dentistry, Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health and Community Medicine, and Social Work. Requests are processed as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. Individual lecture tapes are generally available the next working day. Other materials are usually available within two working days, but may take longer depending on the volume of requests. The two weeks before the quarter starts and the first two weeks of class are our busiest times. If you submit your request during this period, you can expect delays up to two weeks -- especially for long lists. Personal materials are placed on reserve at your own risk. At the end of the quarter all materials are removed from course reserves unless you specify otherwise. Personal copies of materials will be returned to you.
