Document Services - Prices for UW Clientele

Current UW student, staff or faculty ID required for UW prices because these services are currently subsidized by the Health Sciences Library.

Prices include delivery (fax, mail, pick up or PDF) and are subject to local WA sales tax where appropriate.

Document Services - Prices for Non-UW Clientele

Document Services is please to announce two new services for our non-UW customers.

Available now: Pay your Document Services invoices online with your Visa or Mastercard at our secure website http://digital.lib.washington.edu/payment/hsl.do.
Coming Soon: Ordering articles directly from PubMed.

Effective August 1, 2008, our rates will increase. This is the first rate increase in over 5 years.

Prices include delivery (fax, mail, pick up or PDF) and are subject to local WA sales tax where appropriate.

Copicards

Copicards work only in the Health Sciences Library. No refunds are given for non-defective cards. Copicard prices include local WA sales tax where appropriate.

Copies are $.15 per page. Laser printing is $.10 per page. Health Sciences Library copiers and printers accept cash and Jamex copy cards. Copy cards may be purchased from the cashier in any amount from $5 to $50. Cards may also be purchased and re-valued from vending machines on the 2nd and 3rd floors in any amount from $1 to $25. Cards may also be purchased on a budget according to the table below:
