Cell Press Electronic Titles Added To Collection
*************************************************
All Cell Press titles (Cell, Molecular Cell, Immunity, and Neuron) are
now available electronically to UW faculty, staff and students.
Structure and Current Biology are also now available. To reach these
titles, go to the HealthLinks Journals
page and search on the title.

UpToDate
********
UpToDate is a practical clinical reference designed to provide instant
access to the information you need. It is comprised of thousands of
original topic reviews written by a recognized faculty of experts who each
address a specific clinical issue and provide detailed recommendations.
Always current, UpToDate can be your one source for fast, reliable
clinical information.
In the Friday, June 29th Wall Street Journal there is an interesting
article explaining more about this great product. The title is, "Health
Journal: New Medical Software Gives Physicians Clues When They're Stumped"
Access is restricted to computers with UW IP addresses, including those
off-campus using UWICK or the proxy server.

PubMed - Easy Ways to Find It
*****************************
PubMed now has an additional, easy-to-remember URL: http://pubmed.gov
PubMed is still quickly reachable off our HealthLinks page via the left
side navigation bar as well as the first item under the 'Find Information'
heading. You can also still use PubMed's other url,
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/query, so it is not necessary to change
bookmarks or links.

PubMed -Title Word Search Added to Single Citation Matcher
**********************************************************
Single Citation Matcher is a valuable tool for anyone trying to find a
specific citation. Title Word Search is the latest enhancement. This
allows you to enter one or more words from the title of the article to
help you find the citation in PubMed. You can combine this with other
citation information, i.e. an author name or journal title to enrich your
search for the correct reference.
If you only have four or so words from the title and nothing more to
work with this is often all that is needed.

HealthLinks July Front Page
