Turnaround time is 24-48 hours Monday - Friday for most requests, depending on availability. Please allow additional time for mail delivery. Items ordered from non-UW sources require additional time. Please allow 10-14 days. Rush service, for items owned by HSLIC, is available on weekdays for an additional fee. Please call at the time you submit your request for this 4-hour turnaround rush service. For non-HSLIC materials, rush requests will be processed as quickly as possible. However, since the term "rush service" varies for each of our outside sources, we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time. Fee information can be found on the Document Services and Fees Page. Fees are subject to change without notice.
