Wireless printing in the Health Science Libraries - October 8, 2007

Instructions for Apple OSX (10.4)

1. Open System Preferences and click on "Print and Fax"

2. Click the + icon under the list of printers

3. Click on the "IP Printer" icon

4. Under "Protocol," select LPD Printing

5. Set the printer address to: Barton.hslib.washington.edu

6. Set the queue to: Wireless

7. "Print Using" should already be set to Generic PostScript Printer

8. Click the "Add" button and the printer should now appear in the printer list.
