Definition of Law
- Law-A rule of conduct or action prescribed or formally recognized as binding or enforced by a controlling authority. (Merriam-Webster Online Dictionary).
- Not everything is a "law question"
- Questions to ask yourself:
- Is it a rule?
- Is it stated (i.e., published) somewhere?
- Is it created by an official body?
- Is it enforceable or binding?
- Is it governmental?
